Installation of Orifice Plate

Requirements for pipe installation of orifice flowmeter such as High Accuracy Orifice Plate:

1.  When the Flowmeter China is installed, it shall be equipped with a measuring tube, and at least the straight pipe of the first 10DN and the last 5DN shall be kept, so as to improve the measurement accuracy.

2. If the valve should be installed before and after the orifice flowmeter, it is better to select a gate valve and open fully in operation. The regulating valve shall be in the pipeline after 5DN downstream.

3. The inner diameter of the pressure piping is related to the length of the piping and the degree of contamination of the media.
