The International general model water flowmeter consists of two parts: sensor and converter. It is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid with conductivity greater than 5μS/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volume flow of conductive medium. In addition to measuring the volume flow rate of common conductive liquid, it can also be used to measure the volume flow rate of strong corrosive liquid such as strong acid and strong alkali and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquid such as mud, ore pulp and paper pulp. It is widely used in industrial departments such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, paper making, environmental protection, food and municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields of flow measurement. Single Jet Water Meter

The measuring principle of salt water flow meter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The measuring tube of Salt Water Flow Meter is a non-magnetic alloy short tube lined with insulating material. The two electrodes are fixed on the measuring tube through the tube wall along the tube diameter direction. The electrode tip is substantially flush with the inner surface of the liner. When the excitation coil is excited by two-wave pulses, a working magnetic field with a magnetic flux density of B will be generated in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube. At this time, if the fluid with certain conductivity flows through the measuring tube. The electromotive force E is induced by cutting magnetic lines. The electromotive force E is proportional to the magnetic flux density B, and the product of the inner diameter D of the tube and the average flow velocity V is measured. The electromotive force E (flow signal) is detected by the electrode and sent to the converter through the cable.  After the converter amplifies the flow signal, it can display the fluid flow and output signals such as pulse and analog current for flow control and adjustment.
